Computational Mechanics BEASY is a
specifed software developer based in the New Forest
near Southampton in the south of England. The company
develops engineering software applications which are
used by industry to predict and simulate the life and
performance of products and our expertise include programming,
optimisation, corrosion and cathodic protection, electric
fields, magnetic fields, mechanics, fatigue and crack

We have opportunities for suitable candidates who are interested
in working within a small team developing, supporting and testing software
applications. The following potential roles are available:
Helping with the development of JAVA based software “wizards” to
guide users through complex simulation tasks.
Helping engineers providing engineering services to customers. For example,
in CAD type model creation.
Help in the development of additional functions in CAD type environments using
Tcl/Tk type software.
BEASY is located on the same campus as Wessex Institute
of Technology (www.wessex.ac.uk) and there is residential
accommodation available onsite.
